SokoMall accepts multiple modes of payment. You can make online payments using, debit cards, Cash on Delivery (COD), MoMo Pay. We do recommend the use of MoMo Pay as well as any online payment.

How do I place an Order?

·Choose the products of your choice(by clicking shop by category or by scrolling down)
·Add the product(s) of your choice in Cart by Clicking on the Cart Icon
·The verify you cart by clicking on my view cart underc the cart menu
·If you want to complete your purchase, click on checkout. ·Fill the form, choose your payment method, and place your order
·The system will give you a notice your order has been successfully received and you will get an email.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No you don’t need an account to place your order through SokoMall.rw.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you’re dissatisfied with the products delivered, please register a complaint via the call or email within 24 hours. Our customer support team will get in touch with you to resolve this issue.You can also return the products which you are dissatisfied with, at the time of delivery and we will get the refund initiated for you.

What if I have a complaint regarding my order?

You can use the “Contact Us” section on the app/web. Our customer care executives are always happy to help.

What if I don’t receive my order by the scheduled time?

On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed. In case of imminent delay, our customer support executive will keep you updated about the delivery time of your order.
